طسٓمٓ﴿١﴾
Ta. Sin. Mim.
ത്വാ സീന് മീം
تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ﴿٢﴾
THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth.
ഇത് ദൈവിക വേദത്തില് നിന്നുള്ള സന്ദേശങ്ങളാകുന്നു. അത് സ്വയം വ്യക്തവും യാഥാര്ത്ഥ്യ ത്തെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിത്തരുന്നതുമാവുന്നു
لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٌۭ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ﴿٣﴾
Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it)?
അവര് [താങ്കള്ക്ക് ചുറ്റുമുള്ളവര്] [അതില്] വിശ്വസിക്കാന് വിസമ്മതിച്ചതിനാല് [ദുഖത്താല്] താങ്കള് സ്വയം പീഠകള് വരുത്തുകയാണോ?
إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةًۭ فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَٰقُهُمْ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ﴿٤﴾
Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bown down before it in humility. 4
നാം ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്, അവര്ക്കുമേല് ആകാശത്തു നിന്നും സന്ദേശങ്ങളിറക്കുവാനും അപ്പോള് അതിന് മുന്നില് വിനയത്താല് അവര് കുമ്പിട്ടുനില്ക്കാന് [നിര്ബന്ധിതരാവുകയും] ചെയ്തേനെ
وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍۢ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ﴿٥﴾
[But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always turn their backs upon it:
[എന്നാല് നാമത് ഉദ്ധേശിച്ചില്ല] അതിനാല്, അവരുടെയടുക്കല് എപ്പോഴെല്ലാം നാഥനില് നിന്നുള്ള മുന്നറിയിപ്പുകള് വന്നെത്തിയോ അപ്പോഴെല്ലാം [ഹൃദയത്തില് അന്ധത ബാധിച്ചവര്] പുറം തിരിഞ്ഞു കളഞ്ഞു.
فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا۟ فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُا۟ مَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ﴿٦﴾
thus, indeed, have they given the lie [to this message as well]. But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride!
തീര്ച്ചയായും അവര് [സന്ദേശങ്ങളെ] കളവാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. എന്നാല് [ഒരിക്കല്] അവര് എന്തിനെയാണ് നിന്ദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് അവര് തിരിച്ചറിയും!
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍۢ كَرِيمٍ﴿٧﴾
Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon?
അവര് ഭൂമിയെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നില്ലേ- അവിടെ എത്രയെത്ര നല്ല [ജീവിതങ്ങളെയാണ്] നാം വളര്ത്തുന്നതെന്ന്?
إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةًۭ ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ﴿٨﴾
In this, behold, there is a message [unto men], even though most of them will not believe [in it).
ഇതില്, നിശ്ചയം [മനുഷ്യനായി] ഒരു സന്ദേശമുണ്ട്, എങ്കിലും അവരിലധികപേരും [അതില്] വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല.
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ﴿٩﴾
But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace!
എന്നാല്, നിശ്ചയം, നിന്റെ നാഥന്- അവന് മാത്രമാണ്- പ്രതാപവാന്, കരുണ ചൊരിയുന്നവനും.
وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ﴿١٠﴾
HENCE, [remember how it was] when thy Sustainer summoned Moses: "Go unto those evildoing people,
അതിനാല് [ഓര്ക്കുക] നിന്റെ നാഥന് മോശെയോട് വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു: ‘അക്രമികളുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് നീ പോവുക,
قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ﴿١١﴾
the people of Pharaoh, who refuse to be conscious of Me!"
ഫറവോന്റെ ആളുകള്, അവര് നമ്മോട് ഭയഭക്തി കാട്ടാന് വിസമ്മതിക്കുന്നു!’
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ﴿١٢﴾
He answered: "O my Sustainer! Behold, I fear that they will give me the lie,
അദ്ദേഹം മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു: ‘എന്റെ നാഥാ! നിശ്ചയം, അവരെന്നെ കളവാക്കുമെന്ന് ഞാന് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു.
وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِى وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِى فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَٰرُونَ﴿١٣﴾
and then my breast will be straitened and my tongue will not be free: send, then, [this Thy command) to Aaron.
എന്റെ നെഞ്ച് ഞെരുക്കമുള്ളതാവും, എന്റെ നാവ് സ്വതന്ത്രമാവുകയുമില്ല; അതിനാല് [ഈ കല്പ്പന] ആരോണിന് നല്കുക.
وَلَهُمْ عَلَىَّ ذَنۢبٌۭ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ﴿١٤﴾
Moreover, they keep a grave charge [pending] against me, and I fear that they will slay me."
കൂടാതെ, എനിക്കെതിരില് ഒരു കുറ്റാരോപണം [നിലനില്ക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട്], അതിനാല് അവരെന്നെ കൊന്നു കളയുമോ എന്നും ഞാന് ഭയപ്പെടുന്നു’.
قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ فَٱذْهَبَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ ۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسْتَمِعُونَ﴿١٥﴾
Said He: "Not so, indeed! Go forth, then, both of you, with Our messages: verily, We shall be with you, listening [to your call]!
അവന് പറഞ്ഞു:’ഒരിക്കലുമില്ല! അതിനാല് നിങ്ങള് രണ്ടുപേരും, നമ്മുടെ സന്ദേശവുമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോവുക,: നിശ്ചയം, നാം നിങ്ങളോടൊപ്പമുണ്ടാകും, [നിങ്ങളുടെ വിളിയും ] കേട്ടുകൊണ്ട്.
فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ﴿١٦﴾
And go, both of you, unto Pharaoh and say, 'Behold, we bear a message from the Sustainer of all the worlds:
നിങ്ങള് രണ്ടുപേരും പോവുക, എന്നിട്ട് ഫറവോന്റെയടുക്കല് ചെന്നു പറയുക, ‘നിശ്ചയം, സര്വലോകത്തിന്റെയും രക്ഷകനായ നാഥന്റെയടുക്കല് നിന്നുള്ള സന്ദേശം ഞങ്ങളുടെ പക്കലുണ്ട്.
أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ﴿١٧﴾
Let the children of Israel go with us!'
ഇസ്രായേല് സന്തതികള് ഞങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം വരട്ടെ!’
قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًۭا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ﴿١٨﴾
[But when Moses had delivered his message, Pharaoh] said: "Did we not bring thee up among us when thou wert a child? And didst thou not spend among us years of thy [later] life?
[എന്നാല് മോശെ ഈ സന്ദേശം ഫറവോന്റെയടുക്കല് ചെന്നെത്തിച്ചപ്പോള് ഫറവോന്] പറഞ്ഞു:’കുട്ടിയായിരുന്നപ്പോള് നിന്നെ നാം നമ്മോടൊപ്പം വളര്ത്തിയില്ലേ? [പിന്നീട്] വര്ഷങ്ങളോളം നിന്റെ ജീവിതം നീ ചിലവഴിച്ചില്ലേ?
وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ﴿١٩﴾
And yet thou didst conimit that [heinous] deed of thine, and [hast thus shown that] thou art one of the ingrate!"
നീ നിന്റെ [നീചമായ] കൃത്യം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തില്ലേ, നീ നിന്ദ്യരില് പെട്ടവന് തന്നെ! [എന്നാണത് കാണിക്കുന്നത്]
قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَآ إِذًۭا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ﴿٢٠﴾
Replied [Moses]: "I committed it while I was still going astray;
[മോശെ] മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു: ‘അജ്ഞതയില് ജീവിക്കുന്ന കാലത്താണ് ഞാനത് ചെയ്തത്;
