അത്ത്വൂർ · Surah 52 of 114 · 49 verses · Makkah
وَٱلطُّورِ﴿١﴾
CONSIDER Mount Sinai!
ഗൗരവമായി ചിന്തിക്കുക, ത്വൂർ പർവ്വതത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്,
وَكِتَٰبٍۢ مَّسْطُورٍۢ﴿٢﴾
Consider [God's] revelation, inscribed
രേഖപ്പെടുത്തപ്പെട്ട ഗ്രന്ഥത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്!
فِى رَقٍّۢ مَّنشُورٍۢ﴿٣﴾
on wide-open scrolls.
തുറന്നുവെച്ച ഏടുകളെക്കുറിച്ച്,
وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ﴿٤﴾
Consider the long-enduring house [of worship]!
നിരന്തരം സന്ദർശിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ആ പുണ്യഗേഹത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്!
وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ﴿٥﴾
Consider the vault [of heaven] raised high!
ഉയർത്തപ്പെട്ട ആ മേൽപ്പുരയെക്കുറിച്ച്!
وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ﴿٦﴾
Consider the surf-swollen sea!
തിരതല്ലുന്ന സമുദ്രത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്!
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌۭ﴿٧﴾
VERILY, [O man,] the suffering decreed by thy Sustainer [for the sinners] will indeed come to pass:
തീർച്ചയായും, നിന്റെ നാഥൻ വിധിച്ച ശിക്ഷ വന്നെത്തുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യും.
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍۢ﴿٨﴾
there is none who could avert it.
അതിനെ തടയാൻ കഴിവുള്ള ആരും തന്നെയില്ല.
يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًۭا﴿٩﴾
[It will come to pass] on the Day when the skies will be convulsed in [a great] convulsion,
ആകാശം കഠിനമായി ഉലഞ്ഞു മറിയുന്ന ആ നാളിൽ,
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًۭا﴿١٠﴾
and the mountains will move with [an awesome] movement.
പർവ്വതങ്ങൾ അതിശക്തമായി നീങ്ങിപ്പോകുന്ന (തകർന്നു തരിപ്പണമാകുന്ന) ആ നാളിൽ!
فَوَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ﴿١١﴾
Woe, then, on that Day to all who give the lie to the truth -
അന്ന് (സത്യത്തെ) തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞ സത്യനിഷേധികൾക്ക് വൻ നാശം!
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى خَوْضٍۢ يَلْعَبُونَ﴿١٢﴾
all those who [throughout their lives] but idly played with things vain -
വ്യർത്ഥ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ (ജീവിതം മുഴുവൻ) വിഹരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നവർ.
يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا﴿١٣﴾
on the Day when they shall be thrust into the fire with [an irresistible] thrust, [and will be told:]
നരകാഗ്നിയിലേക്ക് അവർ ശക്തിയായി തള്ളിയെറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ആ നാളിൽ (അവരോട് പറയപ്പെടും)
هَٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ﴿١٤﴾
"This is the fire which you were wont to call a lie!
നിങ്ങൾ വ്യാജമെന്ന് തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞിരുന്ന ആ നരകം തന്നെയാണ് ഇത്!
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ﴿١٥﴾
Was it, then, a delusion - or is it that you failed to see [its truth]?
ഇതൊരു മരീചികയോ (ആഭിചാരമോ) ആണോ? അതോ നിങ്ങൾ ഇതൊന്നും കാണുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ലേ?
ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ﴿١٦﴾
Endure it [now]! But [whether you] bear yourselves with patience or without patience, it will be the same to you: you are but being requited for what you were wont to do."
ഇനിയിത് സഹിക്കുക തന്നെ! നിങ്ങൾ ക്ഷമ കൈക്കൊണ്ടാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ഫലം ഒന്നുതന്നെ. അന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിന്റെ തക്കതായ പ്രതിഫലം മാത്രമാണ് ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ നൽകപ്പെടുന്നത്.
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍۢ وَنَعِيمٍۢ﴿١٧﴾
[But,] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves [on that Day] in gardens and in bliss,
എന്നാൽ തീർച്ചയായും സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിച്ചവർ (ആ നാളിൽ) ഉദ്യാനങ്ങളിലും ആനന്ദത്തിലുമായിരിക്കും.
فَٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ﴿١٨﴾
rejoicing in all that their Sustainer will have granted them: for their Sustainer will have warded off from them all suffering through the blazing fire.
തങ്ങളുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് തങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയതിൽ സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നവരായിക്കൊണ്ട് (അവരവിടെ കഴിയുന്നതാണ്). കത്തുന്ന നരകാഗ്നിയുടെ ശിക്ഷയിൽ നിന്ന് അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാവ് അവരെ കാത്തുരക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ﴿١٩﴾
[And they will be told:] "Eat and drink with good cheer as an outcome of what you were wont to do,
അവരോട് പറയപ്പെടും: "നിങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിന്റെ ഫലമായി സംതൃപ്തിയോടെ തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തുകൊള്ളുക.
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍۢ مَّصْفُوفَةٍۢ ۖ وَزَوَّجْنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍۢ﴿٢٠﴾
reclining on couches [of happiness] ranged in rows!" And [in that paradisel We shall mate them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye.
അഭിമുഖമായി വിതാനിക്കപ്പെട്ട മഞ്ചങ്ങളില് അവര് ചാരിയിരിക്കും! കൂടാതെ, മനോഹരാക്ഷികളും പരിശുദ്ധരുമായ ഇണകളൊപ്പം നാം അവരെ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.
