നാസിആത്ത് · Surah 79 of 114 · 46 verses · Makkah
وَٱلنَّٰزِعَٰتِ غَرْقًۭا﴿١﴾
CONSIDER those [stars] that rise only to set,
അസ്തമിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ഉദിച്ചുയരുന്ന ആ (നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളെ) സാക്ഷ്യം നിർത്തി ചിന്തിക്കുക,
وَٱلنَّٰشِطَٰتِ نَشْطًۭا﴿٢﴾
and move [in their orbits] with steady motion,
(തങ്ങളുടെ ഭ്രമണപഥങ്ങളിൽ) കൃത്യമായ (സ്ഥിരമായ) ചലനത്തോടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു,
وَٱلسَّٰبِحَٰتِ سَبْحًۭا﴿٣﴾
and float [through space] with floating serene,
ശാന്തമായ പ്രയാണത്തോടെ (ബഹിരാകാശത്തിലൂടെ) ഒഴുകിനടക്കുന്നവയെയും,
فَٱلسَّٰبِقَٰتِ سَبْقًۭا﴿٤﴾
and yet overtake [one another] with swift overtaking:
എന്നിട്ടും അതിവേഗം (ഒന്നിനൊന്ന്) മറികടന്നു പോകുന്നവയെയും!
فَٱلْمُدَبِّرَٰتِ أَمْرًۭا﴿٥﴾
and thus they fulfil the [Creator's] behest!
അങ്ങനെ അവ (സ്രഷ്ടാവിന്റെ) കൽപ്പനകൾ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുന്നു!
يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ ٱلرَّاجِفَةُ﴿٦﴾
[HENCE, think of] the Day when a violent convulsion will convulse [the world],
(അതിനാൽ,) ഭയങ്കരമായ ഒരു പ്രകമ്പനം (ഈ ലോകത്തെ) പിടിച്ചുകുലുക്കുന്ന ആ നാളിനെക്കുറിച്ച് (ചിന്തിക്കുക),
تَتْبَعُهَا ٱلرَّادِفَةُ﴿٧﴾
to be followed by further [convulsions]!
അതിനെത്തുടർന്ന് അടുത്ത (പ്രകമ്പനങ്ങളും) വരാനിരിക്കുന്നു!
قُلُوبٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ وَاجِفَةٌ﴿٨﴾
On that Day will [men's] hearts be throbbing,
അന്ന് (മനുഷ്യരുടെ) ഹൃദയങ്ങൾ ഭീതിയാൽ സ്പന്ദിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും,
أَبْصَٰرُهَا خَٰشِعَةٌۭ﴿٩﴾
[and] their eyes downcast...
അവരുടെ കണ്ണുകൾ താഴ്ന്നിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും...
يَقُولُونَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرْدُودُونَ فِى ٱلْحَافِرَةِ﴿١٠﴾
[And yet,] some say, "What! Are we indeed to be restored to our former state
(എന്നിട്ടും) ചിലർ ചോദിക്കുന്നു: 'എന്ത്! നാം നമ്മുടെ പഴയ അവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക് വീണ്ടും മടക്കപ്പെടുകയോ?
أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًۭا نَّخِرَةًۭ﴿١١﴾
even though we may have become [a heap of] crumbling bones?"
നാം (ഒരു കൂമ്പാരമായ) ദ്രവിച്ച അസ്ഥികളായി മാറിയതിനു ശേഷവും?'
قَالُوا۟ تِلْكَ إِذًۭا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةٌۭ﴿١٢﴾
[And] they add, "That, then, would be a return with loss!"
അവർ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുന്നു: 'അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ, അതൊരു നഷ്ടകരമായ മടക്കമായിരിക്കുമല്ലോ!
فَإِنَّمَا هِىَ زَجْرَةٌۭ وَٰحِدَةٌۭ﴿١٣﴾
[But,] then, that [Last Hour] will be [upon them of a sudden, as if it were] but a single accusing cry -
(എന്നാൽ,) അപ്പോൾ, ആ (അന്ത്യസമയം) നിന്ദ്യമായ ഒരു നിലവിളി പോലെ (പെട്ടെന്ന് അവരുടെ മേൽ വന്നെത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും).
فَإِذَا هُم بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ﴿١٤﴾
and then, lo, they will be fully awakened [to the truth]!
അപ്പോൾ, ഇതാ, അവർ (സത്യത്തെക്കുറിച്ച്) പൂർണ്ണമായി ഉണർത്തപ്പെട്ടവരാകും!
هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَىٰٓ﴿١٥﴾
HAS THE STORY of Moses ever come within thy ken.
മോശെയുടെ കഥ നിന്റെ അറിവിൽ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ടോ?
إِذْ نَادَىٰهُ رَبُّهُۥ بِٱلْوَادِ ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ طُوًى﴿١٦﴾
Lo! His Sustainer called out to him in the twice-hallowed valley:
അതാ! രണ്ടു വട്ടം പവിത്രമാക്കപ്പെട്ട ആ താഴ്വരയിൽ വെച്ച് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ നാഥൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തെ വിളിച്ചോതിയപ്പോൾ:
ٱذْهَبْ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ﴿١٧﴾
"Go unto Pharaoh - for, verily, he has transgressed all bounds of what is right -
'നീ ഫറോവയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്ക് പോവുക - തീർച്ചയായും അവൻ എല്ലാ ധാർമ്മിക പരിധികളും ലംഘിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു –
فَقُلْ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ﴿١٨﴾
and say [unto him], 'Art thou desirous of attaining to purity?
എന്നിട്ട് (അവനോട്) ചോദിക്കുക: 'പരിശുദ്ധി കൈവരിക്കാൻ നീ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവോ?
وَأَهْدِيَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخْشَىٰ﴿١٩﴾
[If so,] then I shall guide thee towards [a cognition of] thy Sustainer, so that [henceforth] thou wilt stand in awe [of Him].'"
(ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ,) നിന്റെ നാഥനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള (ഒരു തിരിച്ചറിവിലേക്ക്) ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നയിക്കാം; അതിലൂടെ ഇനിമുതൽ നിനക്ക് (അവനോട്) ഭയഭക്തിയുണ്ടാകുമല്ലോ."
فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلْءَايَةَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ﴿٢٠﴾
And thereupon he [went to Pharaoh and] made him aware of the great wonder [of God's grace].
തുടർന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം (ഫറോവയുടെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ചെന്ന്) (ദൈവകൃപയുടെ) ആ വലിയ അടയാളത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് അവനെ ബോധ്യപ്പെടുത്തി.
